|Hey Guys! I know, it’s been a while. I’m sure you’re wondering, “Prissy, where on Earth have you been”? Well, to be honest, I haven’t been inspired to write a blog post lately. I noticed people really aren’t doing as much blog reading these days. People seem to really enjoy the fast-paced life of social media. Raise your hand if you’re guilty of that too (raises hand).|
|Being that I have a super special announcement to make, I thought this would be the perfect kick off to bringing back the blog posts! If you’re an OG reader of the blog, then you know ya girl loves to be in the kitchen. I’ve shared some recipes here on the blog and, I’ve also been flooding your timelines and Insta Stories with a plethora of food pics and videos.|
|I’ve shown you guys how I prepare different foods, including a delicious ramen bowl. When most people think of ramen, you may think about a cheap pack of noodles that are heated in the microwave with dried veggies and a pack of high sodium seasonings. Good ramen doesn’t taste like that at all. You can take a simple pack of noodles and transform them into something that tastes, dare I say…..gourmet? Imagine slurping down a spoonful of steaming savory broth with chucks of fresh veggies, noodles, bean sprouts, and a tender piece of pork or sauteed shrimp, topped with green onions and an insanely delectable sauce. WHEW!! My mouth is watering just telling you guys about it! Sounds amazing right?|
|Well, I’m opening my kitchen for a couple of hours and inviting you along for an interactive cooking experience. I’ll teach you how to make a restaurant-quality ramen bowl that includes a flavorful and savory broth you can use as a base for all types of meals. Ramen is just the start of how you can transition this broth. Now, we can’t just have noodles and that’s it! You guys have seen how I get down in the kitchen, so of course, I’ll also be showing you more! We’ll prepare a batch of crispy pot stickers, stuffed with vegetables dipped in an incredible garlicky soy sauce. I’d love for you to join me (and a cameo from my Wife) for this amazing cooking experience. This is all so new to me, and if I’m honest….I’m scared and hella excited at the same time! See you soon!
