Leather Hot Pants

Morning, Loves!  Once again its Monday & the weekend has flown by. I had 2 DIY projects on my to-do list this weekend & neither one got done! I guess I’ll have to find time during the week to do them. I found a basic black clutch at Forever 21 a while back & I wanted to add some spice to it. I want to try this little DIY, but not sure what colors I should choose. I want to do 2 stripes instead of one. What colors do you think?

Pants: Forever 21, Shoes: Marc Fisher, Sweater: Thrifted, Purse: Kenneth Cole, Earrings & Bracelet: Gifts

I also did a little thrifting this weekend & walked out with a big fat nothing! As you know, thrift stores are hit or miss…and I totally missed. My goal was to find this sweater in every single color possible. I’m so in love with it. I’m smitten with the oversized fit. I did however to go Old Navy (again) & got some great pieces. In case you didn’t know, Old Navy is  having a HUGE sale & you know this girl is all about the sale!

The winner of my 1 year Anniversary giveaway is Inez! Congrats, girlie! I’ll send you an email shortly.
Talk to you soon,

Love this look, your sweater looks so cozy and comfy! I still haven’t found any faux leather pants, I am finding most stores are selling leggings. And I think you should do stripes, but I am biased, lol.

Don’t you hate how the weekend just flies by? I’ve had some serious luck with the sales at Old Navy recently, like bought three pairs of shoes lucky. I like how you paired a tougher piece like your leather pants with a cozy knit. Looking stylish as always!

I can’t believe those pants are from Forever21! I hope they come out with another pair this year.

Love this outfit Prissy!! The soft color of the sweater with leather pants is perfect!

I think you should do green and blue stripes. I’ve been meaning to try that DIY too; thanks for the reminder!

Love the look Prissy! The color of that sweater is divine! I’m so into leather this fall, Every outfit I’ve worn this past week has some kind of leather accents! I’m really liking the fit of those pants as well! xoxo Ty

LOVE those pants and the subtle colors (yellow and grey) you paired with it are a gorgeous and refreshingly different change from regular neutrals!

I so need these pants in my life! You rocked this look!!!

As far as the clutch…I think you should find two items in your closet w/color that you wouldn’t normally pair. Use those colors to stripe the clutch. Once you are done, you can use the clutch to pull those peices together and have a HOT fit! With the clutch being black you can pretty much use any color. I can’t wait to see what you come up with.

I won! ME, thank you so much!

Now, you look to cute in this outfit, I love that sweater! I’ve been looking for an oversize one myself. I had about 30 minutes to spare the other day and I hit the thrift store and it is hit or miss you’re so right about that. I picked up a few cute things tho. 🙂

Those pants look so good! No one would ever guess they came from Forever 21. I saw that DIY too a while back. I think that purse she made is so dope. But I’m not the craftiest. Not sure exactly what colors to suggest, but I do think you should keep a neon color in running.

Also…the JC replicas…my daughter has the shoes I think you’re talking about from Bakers. She works there and she got them as soon as they arrived at her store. I believe they’re called Walkers. Very cute shoes & really high heels on them. You could totally rock them!

Very jealous of your sweet pants. If I had a pair I’d be set for life. I’d never need to buy another article of clothing. Except maybe a silk blouse to go with it. Oh, and a chunky sweater for the winter. 🙂
